Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the be44 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and be44 ("be44", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of be44, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register only one (1) account per person on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Registration and Verification

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. be44 reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documents at any time.

• be44 may suspend or restrict access to an account pending the completion of verification. Funds cannot be withdrawn from an account until verification has been completed to be44's satisfaction.
• You must notify be44 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. be44 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of your failure to notify us promptly of such a breach.

be44 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has provided false information, is operating the account on behalf of a third party, or is otherwise acting in breach of these Terms. In such cases, be44 may withhold any funds pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

be44 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. be44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to be44's risk controls and applicable payment method limits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. be44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• All funds deposited to be44 must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing costs.
• be44 may impose transaction limits, delay processing, or request additional documentation in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. We are committed to operating a safe and compliant platform.

Deposits made in error or under dispute must be reported to be44 support at [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction. be44 cannot guarantee the recovery of funds not reported within this window.

Bonuses and Promotions

be44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of each offer. The general provisions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. be44 actively monitors for prohibited activities and employs automated and manual detection methods.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime, including but not limited to depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account per person, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using any automated software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sporting event, or promotional offer on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting event, or tournament offered on the Platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds or pay tables to generate winnings that would not result from normal, intended gameplay.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time when information is requested by be44.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether caused by tort, contract, or other legal theory.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform, including odds, statistics, or any other content that may be inaccurate or out of date.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data where you have failed to maintain adequate account security as required under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude be44's liability for death or personal injury caused by be44's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

be44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, be44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. be44 operates as an online platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where it is licensed to operate.
